Basic Stuff

How can I order?

  1. Please head on to our website www.thegoodtrade.ph 
  2. Click on the item you would like to purchase and click the button "Add to cart"
  3. Once all items you wish purchase are in your cart, select "Check out." 
  4. You will be asked to fill out a form with your information. 
  5. After you fill it out choose your payment and shipping methods. Note: Shipping rates will be automatically computed upon check out.

What are your operating hours?
The online marketplace is open 24/7. Due to the continuous rise in COVID cases in Metro Manila, our team works on Mondays only :) 

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paylpal, BPI, BDO and GCash.  

How many days would it take before I receive my order?

Normally, we process orders on weekdays (Mondays - Fridays), cut off is 3pm. Orders that have been settled before the cut off period will be dispatched or ready for pick-up on the next dispatch day. 

To minimize contact and exposure, we only dispatch parcels on Tuesdays only. 

I need my order ASAP. Can I pick it up?
Unfortunately, we have temporarily suspended pick-ups for retail orders to minimize risk and exposure. Bulk orders for pick-up have to be scheduled at least 48 hours before your desired pick-up date.

What packaging do you use?
Your orders are lovingly wrapped in sustainable materials, depending on availability:

  • tissue/kraft paper
  • sticker printed using soy-based ink
  • compostable mailer

Do you accept return and exchanges?
Yes, as long as these conditions are met.

Do you ship internationally?
Hopefully soon! Right now, we only ship locally in the Philippines.

How can I track my orders?

Are the parcels insured?
Our shipping rates are inclusive of insurance up to Php500. If you wish to insure the whole package, you need to pay 1% of the total value or Php5 whichever is higher. Please e-mail us if you would like to buy shipping insurance for the entire package.

How long will shipping take?

BLITZ
For orders within Metro Manila, please expect your packages within 1 to 3 working days.

For orders in nearby provinces (Rizal and Cavite only), please expect your packages within 3-5 working days.

For orders outside of Metro Manila, allow 7 to 10 working days. 

Please note that the ETA starts once the parcel have been dispatched to the courier.

Bulky Items - Volumetric Weight 

Metro Manila - Php135 first 3kg + Php30/kg exceeding 3kg
Cavite/Rizal - Php205 first 3kg + Php80/kg exceeding 3kg
Provincial - Php225 first 3kg + Php90/kg exceeding 3kg
 


Distribution/Wholesale & Corporate Orders

Can we distribute your products?
We would love that! Please send us an e-mail at team@thegoodtrade.ph and we will send you a quotation. Kindly specify which items you would like to distribute.

Do you accommodate corporate clients?
Of course! Please send us your requirements and we will gladly process the accreditation. We are a VAT-registered company, we issue Official Receipts.

Are the sugarcane food containers safe?
The sugarcane food containers are safe for direct food contact. This claim is backed by international certifications from Biodegradable Products Institute, TUV Australia, US FDA, ISO9001 and Din Certo.

  • Fairs - Rental rates depend on the venue. 
  • Online - Our consignment fees are at par with market rates. 

Do you work with corporates/businesses?
Yes, we do! If you're a corporation wanting to dip your toes in sustainability but not sure how to start, send us an e-mail at team@thegoodtrade.ph. Let us know what you have in mind and let's collab to make an even bigger impact. 

Do you waive fees for NGOs?
Yes, we waive fees for NGOs who collect discarded items to create a circular economy. Instead of going to waste, these items find new purpose through their help.

For NGOs who want to spread their advocacy, we can only offer a slot for workshops/talks.
